Owen Sound Day Away – located at Lee Manor.  The entrance is to the right of the main entrance.  Medical supervision is provided as needed - i.e. medications given to clients by registered nursing staff, blood pressure and weight monitoring, caregiver counseling and support.  Bathing is available.  Meal and transportation is provided.  Program operates Tuesday to Friday.  Cost is $27./day.

Hot Meals on Wheels – delivered to homes Monday to Friday.  Cost is $7.40 to the client.

Frozen Meals – delivered the third Thursday of each month. See MENU SAMPLE

Meaford Day Away 

Located in Meaford Hospital.  To find MDA come in the main entrance to the hospital, pass the lab and physio, then turn left at the end of the hall.  Medical supervision is provided as needed - i.e. medications given to clients by registered nursing staff, blood pressure and weight monitoring, caregiver counseling and support.  A full Lunch plus snacks and transportation is provided.  Program operates Wednesday and Friday.  Cost is $27./day.

Clients at Meaford Day Away can also arrange to have lab work, x-ray or physio appointments on the days that they are in the program.  Foot care is also available for a fee.
